Usually, we all prefer to buy chemical cleaners from nearby stores to perform specific tasks. How about replacing them with natural cleaning recipes which can easily be prepared at home? In this brief article, I am going to share 10 natural cleaning recipes which are not only economical but are naturally efficient household cleaners.

Top 10 Natural Cleaning Recipes

1.All Purpose Cleaner

1.All Purpose Cleaner

In order to prepare all-purpose cleaner, you need to mix one part of water to one part of vinegar. (Don’t apply vinegar based products to granite, marble or stone. Use vodka or rubbing alcohol instead.) This vinegar and water made spray works best for streak-free windows and mirrors.

2.Unclog the Drain

One of the best solutions to unclog the drain is using baking soda and water solution. You can add vinegar to the mixture for serious gunky drains. Boil two cups of water on a stove. Now pour a half cup of baking soda into the drain. Pour the boiling water into the drain.

In order to unclog super-gunky drains, add half-cup of baking soda to the drain. Now pour half-cup of vinegar down the drain. Use small saucer or pot to cover the drain until the bubbling gets low. Pour the boiling water into the drain. Repeat the process if needed.

3.Foaming Hand Soap

Combine water with liquid castile soap to make your own foaming hand soap. Fill the dispenser with a fifth of the liquid Castile. Now pour the water to full it. You can add few scented essential oil drops to it for fragrance.

4.Oven Cleaner

Take vinegar, baking soda, elbow grease and steel wool to make homemade oven cleaner. Silicone spatula makes a decent scraping implement for stubborn areas. Also, take gloves, spray bottle and damp dishcloth.

First of all, remove the oven racks. Take vinegar to fill the spray bottle and spray down the oven interior with it. Sprinkle baking soda inside the oven and focus on the greasy areas. It will create bubbles. Give the mixture an hour to set properly.

Wear rubble gloves to use the elbow grease. Use steel wool to scrub down the oven. Take a damp cloth to wipe away. Coat the gross oven with baking soda paste by adding water to baking soda. Give it a night to set and then scrub it again. Don’t forget to wipe down the oven in order to remove traces of baking soda.

5.Cast Iron Cleaner

Cast iron pans need minimal effort for cleaning. You need a sponge, heat, and water for this cleaning process. Don’t use dish soap.

First of all heat the pan, grip using a pot holder, scrub and dry. Mix equal parts of coarse salt and olive oil and scrub to clean tougher cast iron stains. Rinse using hot water and dry to use.

6.Floor Wash

Homemade floor wash is just like commercial cleaners in performance. Fill the bucket with hot water. Add a half cup each of vodka or rubbing alcohol and white vinegar along with two tablespoons of dish soap.

7.Pan Degreaser

Use salt and elbow grease to degrease pans. Scrub the grime away and that’s it.

8.Bleach Rival

To prepare a natural cleaner that rivals bleach, you need to mix a half cup of baking soda with one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and one teaspoon castile soap. Now apply the solution to the surfaces using cloth and rinse with clean, damp cloth.

9.Tile Cleaner

Add drops of water to baking soda to make baking soda paste for tile cleaning. Use all-purpose cleaning spray to remove any residue.
