Dish soap is commonly used to clean our pots and other household items. The dish soap can help out to remove toilet clogs easily and in less time. Below are the step by step ways and guidelines on how to unclog a toilet with dish soap.

Things you will need :

•Dish soap such as Palmolive or Dawn
•Some boiling water
•A Plunger

Directions:

Step 1:

Dish Soap:

Arrange liquid dish soap and pour ¼ cup of it into the toilet bowl. Before moving to the next level, wait 30-40 minutes till the liquid dish soap sits in the bowl.

Step 2:

Pour Boiled Water:

After waiting for 30-40 minutes when the liquid soap has been in the toilet, take the jar/pot of hot water and pour it into the toilet bowl with a little bit of force. You have to work very carefully when pouring the hot water. Once the hot water has been added, you may not have to do anything else. Sometimes the clog clears up right away.

Step 3:

Using a Plunger:

If the toilet is still clogged, then use a plunger and plunge few times. The clog should vanish, and your toilet should just work fine. Repeat the process once again with the liquid dish soap and hot water if the clog remains.

If the water level remains the same in the toilet bowl, then call a Plumber to resolve the problem.

•Flushing the toilet twice will reduce the chances of creating a clog.
•Watch carefully what you are flushing to avoid clogging problems.
